Before its much-awaited premiere, "Exhuma's" lead stars Kim Go Eun and Lee Do Hyun are receiving anticipation for their soon-to-unveil characters.

'Exhuma' Update: Kim Go Eun & Lee Do Hyun Earn Spotlight Ahead of Movie's Debut

On February 1, just a few weeks before the movie "Exhuma" hit the cinemas, two of its main actors Lee Do Hyun and Kim Go Eun became a hot topic online. For what reason? Fans and viewers are excited to meet their intriguing characters as shamans.

"Exhuma" is an occult-mystery film that features the bizarre events involving a feng shui master, a geomancer, and two shamans as they relocate a mysterious grave in exchange for a hefty sum of money.

Lee Do Hyun & Kim Go Eun Excite Viewers With Their Shaman Roles

Kim Go Eun is Hwa Rim, a young shaman with unique skills in the country, she initiates the unfolding events by suggesting the exhumation of Sang Deok (Choi Min Sik) the geomancer, and Young Geun (Yoo Hae Jin) the undertaker.

Different from her past characters, Kim Go Eun challenged herself to portray the role of a shaman. In her previous interview, she even contacted a real shaman and observed how he does rituals in order for her to execute the character well.

Lee Do Hyun, on the other hand, is expected to make his movie debut through "Exhuma." Being the hard-working actor that he is, the male star made efforts to fully immerse himself in the character of Bong Gil, a shaman who chants the scriptures. He will also have an intense transformation as Lee Do Hyun displayed tattoos on his skin which immediately attracted the viewers.

In the teasers provided by the movie production, netizens can't stop gushing over these two stars for their soon-to-debut characters.
