Joo Won Becomes A Student For “Fashion King”

Actor Joo Won went back to his years as a student in the movie "Fashion King".

On his Twitter account, actor Park Doo Shik posted a photo during filming and said, "I just finished filming for Fashion King. Although I only played a small part, the experience is unforgettable because the story was good and the people were nice to work with." In the photo, the two actors pose with what seems like a group of nerdy students.

Joo Won plays the role of Woo Ki Myung, a student who decided to transform into a handsome man to capture the hearts of the female beauties in the school. With his unruly hair and thick rimmed glasses, Joo Won looked every bit the geek he was supposed to portray in movie, and while he is already 26 years old, he was able to pull of acting like a young student for the film.

Playing Joo Won's love interest is actress Park Se Young as Kwak Eun Jin, the school beauty who works on changing her style to make Ki Myung notice her.

"Fashion King" is an adaptation of the webcomic by Kian84 and it is directed by Oh Ki Hwan.

The movie will premiere around the middle of 2014.
