Court Rules in Favor of Kang Ji Hwan

Actor Kang Ji Hwan is able to work with no more worries.

The actor's ex- agency submitted a claim to the Seoul Central District Court, on December of last year to make the actor stop all his activities, because according to them, the actor breach the contract leaving before his contract was over.

However the Seoul Central District Court recently denied the claim that S Plus Entertainment submitted.

The Justice Department ruled that “ S Plus Entertainment can not ask for the prohibitions of the actor's complete activities because there was no agreements beforehand and the contract still exists.”

This is not the first time he has problems with an agency. In 2008, he was in a dispute for terminating his contract with Jambo Entertainment, several months before the contract was supposed to end, and was pubished by the Korean Management Committee for 8 months.

Currently, the actor is starring in the SBS weekend drama "Incarnation of Money" as Lee Cha Don, a prosecutor
