Junjin's parents got separated when he was young because the family of his birth mom disapproved of his father. When his biological mother left, his grandmother took care of him and raised him as his own. His father had several failed marriages, but Junjin's third mother was the one who tried to take care of him and took steps to find his biological mother and was successful in doing so.
When he finally met his birth mother after several years, he discovered that she now has a new family and had a half brother that is similar to him. From then on, Junjin vowed that he would never meet his birth mother again because he didn't want his half brother to go through the same struggles that he did.
Leeteuk
Leeteuk was the youngest child of their family. When he was at a very young age, he had to go through his parents filing for a divorce. Leeteuk was a battered son by his father, and the beating got worse that he ended up not feeling anything for his father but fear. This experience is traumatizing for the star that when he discusses this in public, it made him shed some tears despite trying to smile and holding back his tears.
Then, devastating news strikes when Leeteuk was still in his mandatory military duty, his father murdered his grandparents and then killed himself.
Yoona
