Kim Myung Soo, Lee Yi Kyung, and Kwon Nara is Your New Chaotic Trio
Before its pilot episode, the upcoming KBS 2TV's drama "Secret Royal Inspector" released a sneak peek of the chemistry between its main cast Kim Myung Soo, Lee Yi Kyung, and Kwon Nara.
The story of "Secret Royal Inspector" is set in the Joseon dynasty. It is a comic mystery drama featuring the character of Sung Yi Kyum who will be portrayed by Kim Myung Soo, a secret royal inspector who travels undercover from one province to another to inspect and hear the stories of the people experiencing corruption, and he is set to help the people in getting the justice that they deserve. Actor and comedian Lee Yi Kyung is Park Choon Sam, the reliable and right-hand servant man of Sung Yi Kyum.
"Itaewon Class" star Kwon Nara will be playing the role of Hong Da In. Her character will show how a damo which means a woman who works for Joseon government office, will help her in pursuing her plan as an undercover gisaeng (a highly trained woman who entertained men with music and arts).
As she disguises herself as a gisaeng, she meets Sung Yi Kyum, and soon they become allies who have the same goal, fighting corruption and giving justice to the people who deserve it.
Their characters will show a lot of bickering moments together with Park Choon Sam once they join forces and continue pursuing their plans.
In the newly unveiled stills for the forthcoming drama, the trio seems on a lookout, secretly hiding behind some rocks with anxious and worried expressions as they keep a close eye on something near them. Hong Da In is conspicuously wearing not typical clothes for women. She uses it to disguise herself as a man.
These three characters are depicting a chaotic trio as they travel together as undercovers. With different personalities and humorous vibe, they will surely have strong chemistry on screen. Since the day they crossed paths, it is already the start of their comedic and mysterious journey.
Fans highly anticipate these drama collaborations of Kim Myung Soo, Lee Yi Kyung, and Kwon Nara because their characters show a lot of interest to the public. Several teasers from the drama have been released, and it gives a lot of exciting happenings that the viewers are already looking forward to watching.
