SNSD’s Yuri to Lead the Upcoming Independent Film ‘Dolphin’
Following her drama "Bossam: Steal the Fate" SNSD member Yuri is set to make her silver screen return with the movie "Dolphin"!
Kwon Yuri Takes the Role of a News Reporter
According to Sports News on September 14, Kwon Yuri was cast to lead the independent film "Dolphin." She is expected to take the role of Na Young, a local news reporter born in a small village and lives with contentment of taking good care of her family and neighbors.
All her life, Na Young only spends time with her family, because she's been stuck in one place, Na Young is afraid of change. One day, she got interested in bowling, and since she started learning it, lots of opportunities outside their village knock on her door.
In addition, director Bae Doo Ri is in charge of the film. However, there is no specific date yet when the project will start its production and who are the other actors included in the cast lineup.

SNSD's Yuri to Have Her Indie Film Debut with 'Dolphin'
Now that the idol-actress has been receiving favorable feedback from co-stars and the viewers on her acting performances, Kwon Yuri is already preparing herself on how she will bring out the emotions that the audience should feel while watching her act in the upcoming indie film.
SNSD's Yuri wrapped up her MBN fantasy-romance drama "Bossam: Steal the Fate" last July 2021, where she shared the screen with Jung Il Woo and Shin Hyun Soo. It was also her first drama after three years following "The Sound of Your Heart Reboot" in 2018.
It was indeed a successful drama comeback for Kwon Yuri this 2021, aside from playing the role of a princess, the drama itself became a hit and the first MBN series to achieve high viewership ratings, consistently. She also displayed her stable acting that blended well with the other artists.

SNSD Members Yoona, Sooyoung Preparing for New Projects
Aside from Yuri, her Girls' Generation co-members who are also dominating the acting field are busy preparing for their new projects.
Yoona's new movie "Miracle" will premiere this September 15. The "Hush" star is also confirmed to team up with the new Korean heartthrob and "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha" star Kim Seon Ho in a new romance movie "2'OClock."
Meanwhile, Choi Sooyoung was offered to star in two Korean dramas namely "Tell Me Your Wish" and "Country Diary by Chance."
