‘Vagabond’ Cast Update 2021: Here’s What Next for Bae Suzy, Lee Seung Gi and the Rest of the Cast
One of the most talked-about thriller films in 2019 is "Vagabond," starring Bae Suzy, Lee Seung Gi, and more delivered heart-stopping and death-defying scenes that got the viewers at the edge of their seats.
Not only does the SBS series feature a roster of talented stars, but it also wows the audience with striking visuals of Morocco and the impressive stunts from the characters.
Seemingly, what made the drama enjoyable is that it featured an action crime genre and added a hint of romantic elements to it.
"Vagabond" follows the story of a stuntman named Cha Dal Gun, whose nephew is a victim of a plane crash.
To get a more evident answer to the tragic situation, he, alongside other family members of the victims, flew from South Korea to Morocco.
Here, Dal Gun has a feeling that something is off with the incident and thinks that a large-scale cover-up is plotted to conceal the illegal activities.
As soon as he sets foot in the country, the feisty Cha Dal Gun is eager to discover the truth and give justice to his nephew's death.
In Morocco, he meets the rookie National Intelligence Service (NIS) agent Go Hae Ri, played by Bae Suzy, who is disguised as an embassy staff.
The duo got entangled after discovering a web of lies involving corruption and crime behind the plane crash.
Although there were rumors about the K-drama returning for season 2, SBS has not confirmed anything as of the moment.

Lee Seung Gi (Cha Dal Geon)
The 34-year-old matinee star landed another top-rating drama through "Mouse" alongside Lee Hee Joon, Park Joo Hyun, Kyung Soo Jin, and more.
In addition, Lee Seung Gi also made it to the headline after Dispatch revealed that he is dating the "Doctor Prisoner" actress Lee Da In for a year.
The news was confirmed by her agency 9Ato Entertainment revealing that the duo" met as senior and junior [of the same industry] and have been carefully getting to know each other since five or six months ago."
Bae Suzy (Go Hae Ri)
Like Lee Seung Gi, Bae Suzy also followed the success of their K-drama with another smash hit series, "Start-Up," with good boy Kim Seon Ho and Nam Joo Hyuk.
Now, she is currently in talks to return to the small screen with a new thriller drama, "The Second Anna," together with Jung Eun Chae.

Shin Sung Rok (Ki Tae Woong)
Probably one of the all-time favorite villains in K-drama land is Shin Sung Rok.
After starring in "Vagabond," the versatile actor appeared as one of the main cast in "Kairos."
In addition, he recently bid farewell in SBS's "Master in the House" alongside ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo.
