Without a doubt, ASTRO member and "At Eighteen" actor Moonbin has one of the most amazing bodies in the entertainment industry-from his broad shoulders, to his muscled biceps and triceps, up to his defined abs.

It's not easy to maintain a body that great, especially with his occupation as a singer and actor, busy schedules just get in the way.

Luckily, Moonbin is obsessed with exercising. He loves to try different exercises and unique techniques in maintaining his hot body.

ASTRO Moonbin's Intense Muscle Gain Exercise Routine

As an idol, dancing regularly has become a habit and, at the same time, a great way to do cardio exercises and lose calories. But to ASTRO Moonbin, it isn't enough despite dancing for three to four hours consecutively.

During his free time, Moonbin enjoys watching body workout routines on YouTube and trying them out himself. Because of this, he gained more muscles in a short span of time.

Though he doesn't play any ball sports, he enjoys other recreational activities such as badminton and riding the bicycle. According to him, he often does this with his close friend, SEVENTEEN member Seungkwan.

Moonbin usually starts his days early in the morning despite being a night owl. He starts his personal training at 10 o'clock in the morning.

He enjoys being drenched in sweat through full body workouts. He also likes aerobic exercises, push ups, chin ups, and routines that are focused on toning the abs.

Because of his great physique, ASTRO Moonbin even decorated the cover of the popular magazine Men's Health, in which he received recognition and endless praises.

ASTRO Moonbin's Diet Plan 2021

Moonbin also sets his appetite in control to maintain his physique. He revealed the wide variety of foods that are included in his diet.

He shared, "I mainly eat chicken breast, egg white, brown rice. Sometimes I substitute rice with sweet potato. And of course, salad."

Although he is almost always looking out for his body, he still savors the food. He admitted that he loves food, saying, "I'm usually a glutton so I'm often tempted with food. I could easily clean off 3 portions of meat and 2 bowls of rice alone."

He also confessed that he finds it hard to shy away from junk foods. Moonbin revealed, "I have instant noodles stored up in our dorm and I would eat them at least once every two to three days. Spicy squid soup and spicy fried cream cheese noodles are my personal favorites."
