In a released statement of KCSC, they gave the Sunday Korean show a warning for highlighting eating scenes excessively including the indirect advertising through the cast members' conversations and subtitles, interfering with the program's flow. They added that "Running Man" team members kept mentioning in detail the company and product names in the show.

For additional information about this kind of matter, in Korea, there are implemented laws that protect the public from subtle advertisements. And for this, broadcasters need to follow Article 73 of Korea's Broadcasting Act, which means that any products visible on the show in hopes of advertising need to be displayed in an obvious manner.
