His fellow "Physical: 100" contestant referred to him as the legend and was stunned and at the same time nervous that he is among the participants.

For the MMA fighter, he revealed that he wanted to prove that even a middle-aged guy like him could beat and take down younger players.

With that said, here are the times "Physical: 100" cast Choo Sung Hoon impressed viewers and his co-participants.

Winning the Wrestling Match Against Young MMA Fighter

During the first challenge, he goes head-to-head with junior MMA fighter Shin Dong Guk.

Before the start of the match, Dong Guk suggest that the two fight based on MMA rules to which the legendary player agreed.

In one of the episodes, players need to move the bag of sand and cross the hanging bridge to get to the other side.

Since he knew that he won't do well in the mission if he let his fear take him, he became resourceful and instead of walking the wood bridge, he crawled as fast as he could while carrying the bag of sand.
