‘The Heavenly Idol’ Episode 9: Kim Min Gyu & Go Bo Gyeol Caught Up In Dating Rumor

Kim Dal Steps Back From Woo Yeon Woo

Kim Dal (Go Bo Gyeol) retracts her statement after kissing Woo Yeon Woo (Kim Min Gyu), not because she doesn't truly love him but because of their complicated situation.

She then blames the black magic that was cast upon her by the Evil One (Lee Jang Woo), saying that the spell distorted her memory and feelings.

Hurt by her words, Woo Yeon Woo runs away and looks for a safe space, leaving Kim Dal alone and embarrassed.

Woo Yeon Woo & Kim Dal Caught In Dating Rumor

Things start to blow out of proportion. Wild Animal is involved in another controversy as its group member Woo Yeon Woo and their road manager Kim Dal are rumored to be dating in real life.

It is revealed that the rumors are fabricated by someone who's working inside the company, trying to bring down Wild Animal especially now that the boys are in their peak.

Wild Animal has become more popular, even topping charts and gaining a solid fanbase. Not wanting to ruin everything for Woo Yeon Woo, Kim Dal sends her resignation letter.

She tells Woo Yeon Woo that he must do everything to get back to his own body, but he will have to go through it alone, which confuses the other.

Kim Dal also doesn't want to put Woo Yeon Woo in danger especially when the Evil One continues to target her. Unbeknownst to her, the Evil One only did it to hurt Woo Yeon Woo.

Kim Dal Resigns From Being Woo Yeon Woo's Manager

Woo Yeon Woo asks Kim Dal to retract her resignation, convincing her to continue working as Wild Animal's road manager.

He says that he doesn't care about the dating rumor, and that he only wants Kim Dal by his side. Instead of coaxing Kim Dal, his statement made the road manager furious and confused.

Kim Dal accuses Woo Yeon Woo of toying with her feelings for saying sweet nothings to her, especially that he's aware of what the road manager truly feels.

Little does she know, the high priest-turned-idol is also sorting his growing feelings out, which also confuses him and makes him do silly things.

At the end of the episode, Woo Yeon Woo promises Kim Dal that he will do anything to make her stay, sending the road manager to haywire.
