On May 17, JTBC released the seventh episode of Lee Do Hyun and Ra Mi Ran's drama, which took the viewers on an extremely emotional ride.
Ra Mi Ran, who has faced a series of hardships as a single mother, decides to leave Lee Do Hyun in a rehabilitation center before attempting to take her own life.

Thankfully, Lee Do Hyun, whose love for his mother is greater than anything else, stopped Ra Mi Ran from making such an extreme decision.
"The Good Bad Mother" also created a heartwarming atmosphere when Lee Do Hyun pleaded with Ra Mi Ran at the end of the episode, praising the two actors' chemistry.
The seventh episode of the drama recorded an impressive score of 7.5%, a significantly high rating for a weeknight series. Although it didn't surpass its previous score of 7.7%, it's still the second highest rating of "The Good Bad Mother."
It peaked at 8.1% during the broadcast, securing its spot as the No. 1 Wednesday and Thursday drama, beating Joo Won's "Stealer: The Treasure Keeper" and Yoo In Na's "True To Love."
What To Expect From 'The Good Bad Mother' Second Half
The JTBC dramedy just keeps getting better and better as it enters its second half of broadcast.
In the latest episode, Lee Do Hyun's Choi Kang Ho was finally able to stand on his own due to the adrenaline rush he felt during a crisis.
In addition to that, he also remembers his old memories bit by bit, raising the tension among avid "The Good Bad Mother" viewers.
While the first eight episodes of the work have been an emotional journey for every character, the production unit guarantees that the second half will offer a variety of genres including action, revenge and romance.
In particular, Lee Do Hyun is expected to return to his normal self as he begins his therapy, and finally avenge his father's painful demise.
His romance tryst with leading lady Ahn Eun Jin is also one of the factors to check out in the second half of the drama so don't miss it.
