Staffer Involved in Ahn Bo Hyun’s Viral Video ‘Heartbroken’ By Accusation Against the Actor

The "My Name" star recently made headlines after he was accused of having a bad attitude and being rude to the crew members.
The news comes after the South Korean hearthrob confirmed his relationship with BLACKPINK's Jisoo.
Through his agency, FN Entertainment, the actor confirmed that he is dating the singer-actress.
"They are getting to know each other with positive feelings. We would be thankful if you looked upon them with warmth," the statement reads. The same goes for BLACKPINK Jisoo's agency, YG Entertainment, who also delivered the same sentiment.

Following this, a video of Ahn Bo Hyun on the set of his previous K-drama, "Yumi's Cells," circulated on social media.
At the time, the behind-the-scenes clips on the set featured the actor rehearsing for his scenes.
However, netizens find it uncomfortable to watch Ahn Bo Hyun read his script while a staff member is holding it for him.
The actor received huge backlash and was criticized for his actions.
Different outlets shared the public's reaction, with most of them expressing how disappointed and shocked they are with his attitude toward his co-workers.
Fans even noted that not even top stars don't ask staff members to hold the script for them.
Ahn Bo Hyun Accused of Being Rude to Staff
As the news circulated like wildfire, "Yumi's Cells" staff members defended the actor and explained that these kinds of situations "can occur during the filming," especially since Ahn Bo Hyun was close to the crew members.
Pointing out that the video was taken out of context, the staff emphasized that it "cannot conclude" that he has a "bad personality."
On the other hand, outlets claimed that the person besides Ahn Bo Hyun, who was holding the script for him was his stylist.

In a separate report, SPOTV News interviewed the female staff, whom they named A," and spoke about the truth behind the controversial video.
Calling the issue "nonsense," the staff dismissed rumors that Ahn Bo Hyun has a "problematic personality."
Moreover, besides the actor being called out by the public, seeing her photo on various sites felt "wrong and upset about it.
"I felt the need to share firsthand details about that moment. Seeing my photo-it was blurred, but still-plastered all over the news, made me scared and upset," she said, as noted by a media outlet, adding that she can't imagine how difficult it is for the actor as well.
As for the reason behind the incident, "A" revealed that the video captured her informing the actor about the revised schedule of the shoot.
"I was explaining it to him with the script, using the phone to check the new timetable," she explained, hence why she is also holding the script.
Heartbroken by the wave of backlash towards the actor, "A" assured fans that Ahn Bo Hyun is a "wonderful human being" and a "caring person" who looks after everyone.
