What's Next for Lee Je Hoon

After the success of his action-thriller series "Taxi Driver 2," Lee Je Hoon immediately landed new projects. In April, he was booked to headline the "Chief Inspector 1963" and is currently in filming production.

Other stars who are confirmed to join him in the project are Jung Soo Bin, Lee Dong Hwi, Choi Woo Sung, Yoon Hyun Soo, and Seo Eun Soo.

The drama is a prequel to the classic series "Chief Inspector," which aired for 18 years from 1971 to 1989 and achieved a remarkable high rating of 70 percent. The original series was set in the 1970s and 1980s, while the soon-to-release prequel is said to be set in the 1960s.

However, due to his surgery, the actor halted his filming schedule first and will return once he finally recovered.

Adding to his work is "Moral Hazard," where he will collaborate with veteran actor Yoo Hae Jin. The movie is expected to be released sometime in 2024.
