Hyun Bin's Agency Issues Statement to Warn Fans of Fake Social Media Accounts
Agency of "Crash Landing on You" star Hyun Bin gave a warning concerning the plethora of the actor's fake social media accounts that have been sprouting online.
VAST Entertainment immediately issued a statement, warning the fans of fake SNS imitating Hyun Bin. The agency posted a notice in both Korean and English language on their Instagram Stories discussing the matter.
VAST Entertainment Releases Official Statement Regarding Hyun Bin's Fake Social Media Pages
The notice was posted on the VAST Entertainment official Instagram Stories on Feb. 18.
The official statement reads:
"Currently, there are reports about some individuals that dishonestly use our name or the names of our artists. Our company is not managing any accounts other than the official ones that are listed below. In addition, Hyun Bin does not have nor own any personal social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
In any situation or circumstances, the company does not make a monetary proposition or request to any individual. We are asking all the fans to be careful and take special note of the above and protect themselves against any damage from the entities that falsely use our name. VAST Entertainment will do our very best to observe and monitor the web continuously to prevent further damages.
We would still like to ask the fans to please continue showing their interest and support for VAST Entertainment and its artists.

Hyun Bin's Projects Through the Years
Hyun Bin was born on September 25, 1982. The 38-year-old actor became widely recognized for his portrayal in the 2005 romantic comedy television drama "My Name is Kim Sam-soon."
Following this, he has been cast in leading roles in hit television series, namely the romantic-fantasy drama "Secret Garden" (2010-2011), action-fantasy "Memories of the Alhambra" (2018-2019), and romantic drama "Crash Landing on You" (2019-2020).
The actor's popularity skyrocketed when he starred in a series of box office hits, the action-thriller "Confidential Assignment" (2017), crime thrillers "The Swindlers" (2017) and "The Negotiation" (2018), as well as the horror movie "Rampant" (2018).
Hyun Bin received praises from critics for his excellent performance in the famous film "Late Autumn." He had proven his acting prowess when he was nominated for numerous awards, including five at the Baeksang Arts Awards, and won various acting recognition, including the Grand Prize (Daesang) in the 47th Baeksang Arts Awards.
Currently, Hyun Bin is gearing up to film the sequel to "Confidential Assignment," which tells the story of a North Korean detective Im Chul Ryung, who was given a mission in South Korea. He was assigned to take down the North Korean crime organization leader Jang Myung Joon (Jin Sun Kyu). His dangerous mission starts upon his arrival in South Korea, and he is partnered with Detective Kang Jin Tae (Yu Hae Jin).
