‘Dali and the Cocky Prince’ Star and Former Momoland Member Yeonwoo Reportedly Joining Han So Hee’s Agency 9Ato Entertainment
KPop idol turned actress Yeonwoo is reportedly transferring to Han So Hee's agency, 9Ato Entertainment.
According to Sports Chosun, the former Momoland member is eyeing to sign an exclusive contract under the said agency that houses the "My Name" star, Yoon Seo Ah, Jung Il Woo, and Lee Da In.
Yeonwoo to Leave MLD Entertainment and Set to Join 9Ato Entertainment
Her move comes ahead of her expiring contract with her current label MLD Entertainment, which has been her agency since the start of her singing career.
To recall, Yeonwoo, whose real name is Lee Da Bin, is among the OG members of the girl group Momoland, launched in 2016.
Unfortunately, she left the group in 2019 alongside fellow member Taeha to focus on her acting career.
"While Yeonwoo has had a deep affection for her MOMOLAND activities, she has decided that continuing together with her actress activities would be too much strain for both her team and herself so to leave the team and concentrate on her career as our actress," said the management.
At the time, she was filming the sci-fi fantasy Kdrama "Alice," where she played Yoon Tae Yeon, Kim Hee Sun's younger sister.
Yeonwoo Stars in JTBC's 'Dali and the Cocky Prince'
Following her appearance in the SBS series, Yeonwoo continued making a name on the small screen and appeared as one of the lead stars in JTBC's rom-com "Live On."
She proved her acting skills and worked alongside NU'EST's Minhyun, Noh Jong Hyun, Choi Byung Cha, and "Nevertheless" actress Yang Hye Ji.
Now, fans are currently seeing Yeonwoo in the latest rom-com series "Dali and the Cocky Prince" with lead stars Kim Min Jae and Park Gyu Young.
The former girl group member plays Ahn Chak Hee, the stunning gallerist and the daughter of a National Assembly member.

Did Former Momoland Member Yeonwoo Date Lee Min Ho?
The South Korean beauty recently made it to the headlines after being involved with a Hallyu star.
In August, a rumor sparked that Yeonwoo is dating Lee Min Ho after Dispatch released a series of paparazzi shots featuring the duo claiming that they are seeing each other.
Moreover, the report also cited that the "The Legend of the Blue Sea" and the former Momoland member have been dating for five months.
Interestingly, the rumored couple became close since they shared the same interests, including playing games and watching movies.
With the dating rumor spreading like wildfire, Lee Min Ho's agency, MYM Entertainment, addressed the issue and denied that the 34-year-old star was dating Yeonwoo.
"It is not true that they are in a relationship. They are just acquaintances," said the label.
As for the photos released by Dispatch, the label explained that "it wasn't just the two of them, and there were other friends present at the time. They are not photos of a date."
